I have personally used Quality Living at Home for around three years having followed Lorraine Terry from a previous agency. I have known Lorraine for about ten years as she also provided carers for me during this period.  As I was going to university, she provided suitable carers who were able to adapt to my university lifestyle and what I required from a carer at this point.  Later when at home I had an illness which effected me badly.  Following this Lorraine and Inga were understanding of my needs and they were able to match me with a carer able to cope with the changing nature of my illness. I cannot fault Lorraine and Inga and I would recommend anyone to their agency Quality Living at Home
