Quality Living at Home provide a secure foundation with initial guidance on both care situations and finance.  The freelance carer is happy and calm knowing we understand and respect her needs.  The client is happy because our step father continues to be happy and calm.  A win, win, win!

I cannot speak too highly of the services offered by Quality Living at Home. We have used this company for the past two years.  My father turned 100 years old this year and the care that he has received from the excellent long term carer sourced by Inga and Lorraine have gone a very long way in enabling him to remain in his own home and pass this milestone, this is despite very restricted mobility & other exacting challenges.

This is entirely because of the extraordinary “can do” attitude of his brilliant carer and I am thankful to have found her, nothing is too much trouble.  Another thank you particularly to Lorraine and Inga who organise this terrific service. Absolutely brilliant!  We are very grateful.

I have personally used Quality Living at Home for around three years having followed Lorraine Terry from a previous agency. I have known Lorraine for about ten years as she also provided carers for me during this period.  As I was going to university, she provided suitable carers who were able to adapt to my university lifestyle and what I required from a carer at this point.  Later when at home I had an illness which effected me badly.  Following this Lorraine and Inga were understanding of my needs and they were able to match me with a carer able to cope with the changing nature of my illness. Quality Living at Home have matched full-time carers for both of our parents for a few months now and we have been delighted with the quality, training and kindness of the carers.  Inga and Lorraine at the agency have been intelligent, empathetic and thoughtful, placing the needs of our parents above their own convenience. They have been incredibly efficient, with a cheerful, friendly manner and exemplary courtesy.

Having started to use Quality Living at Homes services in mid-2018, they did a fantastic initial job of identifying the right carer to match my needs, which has meant I’ve benefitted from an increase in the standard of my care and of its consistency compared to previous arrangements. Lorraine and Inga offer a really personal, local service which means that it’s to prepare for holiday cover etc. Quality Living at Home offer a competitive care solution which I’m extremely satisfied with, hence I’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

My dad lives with vascular dementia and since the death of my mum in May 2016, we have used care agencies to provide us with live in carers.

After being so disappointed with the quality of carers and agencies, and thinking I would have to look at care homes as it was just not manageable, I was lucky enough to find Quality Living at Home.
